We thoroughly enjoyed the clean, well-designed rooms and the seamless check-in process. The staff were attentive when needed but also unobtrusive, allowing for a perfect balance during our stay.

The surrounding area felt a bit isolated. we had to walk about ten minutes uphill to reach the nearest subway station which might deter some guests looking for convenience.

The hotel is centrally located near great restaurants. Breakfast included decent selections. Overall, it hit the mark for a family stay, but housekeeping needs better attention.

Superb experience with exceptional service.

The room I booked, the Deluxe Double Room, had a modern vibe, but the lack of windows that open felt suffocating. It was pretty dark, with only mounted spotlights lighting up the space. The air conditioning blasted right at the bed, making it uncomfortable at night. Crawling over to get out of bed proved annoying since the setup didn’t feel user-friendly at all. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, and service during the day was decent. They always greeted with a smile and showed willingness to help. The location is a big plus. it’s close to Roppongi's vibrant scene. The food quality for breakfast impressed me as well. I enjoyed the variety available. Still, considering the discomfort of the room layout and lighting, I can’t rate this place any higher than I would. Overall, if they improved the room's layout and made it a bit more comfortable to navigate, it'd make for a better stay.

Our stay in the Deluxe Double Room, Four Cube was a complete disaster. The design was utterly flawed, making it difficult to navigate the cramped space. The exhaust fan was ineffective, leaving the bathroom uncomfortably humid. Furthermore, the noise from the hallway and outside made it challenging to sleep peacefully. I expected better sound isolation for the price we paid. It was truly disappointing to feel so restless throughout my stay.
